This is where it all begins — Kate in her element, joyful and full of purpose. I loved painting her wings catching the light. She is busy, she is proud, and she has absolutely no idea what is about to stir inside her.

An original painting from the children’s book The Most Magnificent Pot of Gold. The works are currently on exhibition across three Queensland galleries — Grasslands Gallery in Tambo, Bushmans Artisan Gallery in Blackall, and New Creation Gallery in St George — running from 17 April to October 2026, and are available for purchase online. All paintings will be delivered upon the close of the exhibition in October.
